These images are a collaborative effort. I point my camera in a certain direction. Define the edges. Judge the composition. Open the shutter.

From there, the universe unfolds in front of my camera. In ways I cannot see or predict.

Minutes or hours pass. On my negative, time stands still.

And yet, this passage of time shows great movement. Clouds blur. Stars streak. Shadows hold mystery

While I aim for the ethereal, an other worldliness in my work, I leave the final interpretation up to you
